| TheStar.com | GTA | Women in rollover nightclubbing: Police
Police are investigating whether alcohol played a factor in a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 401 near Dixie Rd. that sent five 20-year-old women to hospital yesterday. The women had been returning home from a night of clubbing in Mississauga, said OPP Const. Dave Woodford. They told police they had been drinking, he said. "We're looking at alcohol as a possible factor in the collision," Woodford said. Police are seeking authorization from a judge to conduct blood alcohol tests on the driver, a Seneca College student, he said. "The driver is a G2 driver," Woodford said, adding G2 drivers are not permitted to have any alcohol in their blood. If she were a G-class driver, she would be permitted under .05 alcohol in her blood, he said.

Suspect In Ivy League ID Theft In Court
A woman accused of using a missing person's identity to get into an Ivy League school made her first court appearance Monday, and the victim's relatives said they just want the theft suspect punished. When Esther Elizabeth Reed was indicted last year, Brooke Henson's relatives said they hoped Reed could tell authorities where to find her. "Of course at first, it was just giving us hope that Brooke was alive," Lisa Henson, Brooke's aunt, said Monday. Investigators have since said they don't think Reed had anything to do with Henson's 1999 disappearance. Reed is accused of stealing Henson's identity in 2003 and posing as her to obtain false identification documents, take a high school equivalency test and get into Columbia University.
