Big or small? You have hooks? But everyone knows that nightcrawlers and those little creepy maggots that are sold nestled in dirt or woodchips are au natural. That is, they appear brown, grub white, or hazel, right? Not anymore. Following a lead from producers elsewhere, the St. Joe Bait Company recently added oomph, or a little aw, to its winter lineup. Anglers headed to local sport shops this winter for bait are being asked if they prefer pink. It�s the softer side of red.
